KJ Bromell staff awarded NVQ's

Several of the fitting staff and all the staff in our factory have recently earned their NVQ level 2 qualifications in Fenestration and Fabrication.

KJ Bromell are delighted to have such a skilful team of employees onboard.

Many of the guys are already skilled tradesmen such as carpenters and masons, despite this they still took the opportunity to further themselves and gain industry specific qualifications.

The NVQ training will be ongoing with newly employed staff registering this month, and some staff choosing to carry on their 2nd education.

Paul Banks who has worked for KJ Bromell for 7 years as part of the fabrication team says ‘It’s really good to be able to gain qualifications whilst continuing to work, and bring in the pennies, it’s much appreciated!’
