The windows themselves are very nicely made, with the cast corner reinforcements and your special mid-section joints making them very strong, as well as good-looking. We chose Argon filled units and the 'Activ' self-cleaning glass so I am looking forward to NOT cleaning them! Your fitters are great ambassadors for your company. I can't recall having work done by anyone who took more care than they did - if all your staff are that good, you are a fortunate employer. Since all the windows also arrived exactly as specified right down to the one with white inside and mahogany outside and a differently coloured handle, will you pass on my thanks to your surveyor, you sales representative, and the guys in the factory, for their work in making the installation such a success.
